Kitchen Supervisor

to join in on the excitement at our Edmonton location. Working under the Chef, this multifaceted position requires strong leadership skills that helps make Jubilations the well-oiled entertainment machine that we are. At Jubilations, the show always goes on with the help of our amazing employees.

This successful candidate will:

Delegate to and supervise the culinary team Oversee ordering and inventory management Lead the Junior menu and culinary team Lead the expo line Be accountable for scheduling Oversee cost controls Conduct interviews for the kitchen team Oversee day to day performance management of the kitchen team Ensure health and safety standards compliance Ensure quality control

The right candidate will demonstrate on their resume:

2+ years culinary experience (banquet-style kitchen experience is preferred) 1+ years of leadership experience Familiar with ordering and inventory (experience with Optimum Control is a bonus!) Experience running expo Ability to focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities Excellent time management and organizational skills

A few other elements we're looking for:

This is a full-time role. We are looking for a candidate who has availability to work Wednesday through Sunday each week, with flexibility to work Mondays or Tuesdays as required.
