About us Elora Greenhouses Ltd. is a Bell Pepper Greenhouse in Leamington, ON N8H 3V7. Our location is 5.5 acres. We are professional, agile, and fast-paced. Our company is seeking a Assistant Grower/Farm Manager to help alongside our Grower. The successful candidate will be responsible for labour supervising, managing the warehouse, and being a part of almost every aspect in the company. The ideal candidate for this position is able to work well in a team environment, has experience with agricultural production and ready to learn! Responsibilities:
- Organize team workers and supervise their work.
- Assist other growers in technical aspects of running their businesses and solve problems that arise among growers.
- French not required
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
- Bonus pay
- Leamington, ON N8H 3V7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
