Job description and details

Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will manage operations. We are looking for a candidate who will help optimize operations and work methods and implement continuous improvement initiatives. He/she will also act as a leader within his department both in managing personnel and in terms of occupational health and safety.

Some examples:

Direct and advise supervisors and security personnel involve in patrolling, monitoring, operations, reporting, recording and all other duties as requested Plan and manage bi-weekly staff schedule, absences and coordinate activities with all work units Coordinate, assign and review the work of security guards with the entire management team. Assess performance and provide feedback

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management tools and software Ability to analyze data and generate reports Familiarity with process improvement methodologies Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
