Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
Monitor financial performance, including cash handling procedures and sales reporting.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
Skills
Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing teams.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
Background in the restaurant or food service industry is highly desirable.
