As the

Assistant General Manager

, you will have the opportunity to oversee and coach a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. You will be responsible for training, supporting, and developing store managers and staff while keeping operations smooth and customer service exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management:



Lead and coach your team to ensure they adhere to Subway's standards and government regulations. Conduct monthly in-store visits to deliver training, ensure cleanliness, and review operational reports. Oversee food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance by inspecting stores and managing maintenance requests. Support marketing campaigns, pricing changes, and monitor customer satisfaction through delivery and store performance reviews.

Human Resources:



Foster a positive work culture and provide HR support for managers and team members. Oversee the hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of staff. Manage payroll, scheduling, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Administration & Safety:



Monitor inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting for store operations. Ensure all stores comply with safety standards, emergency procedures, and food handling regulations. Address any product quality issues and ensure catering/delivery orders are reconciled accurately.

Team Leadership:



Act as Team Lead when necessary, providing guidance and managing store operations. Step into the Sandwich Artist role as needed, ensuring top-tier customer service and food preparation.

Ideal Candidate:



Proven leadership skills and experience in team management. Strong understanding of operational procedures, food safety, and customer service. Ability to train, motivate, and support team members. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
