Duties

Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow. Supervise staff performance, providing training and support to enhance team effectiveness. Implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using computer software for reporting and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of financial management principles is a plus.
