Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in leading and motivating our team, ensuring a high level of service and maintaining the lively, energetic atmosphere that Blanco Cantina is known for. Help manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that both front-of-house and back-of-house teams work seamlessly together. Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that reflects the vibrant spirit of Mexican culture, from the menu to the overall ambiance. Support financial goals by helping to implement strategies that boost profitability and maintain efficient operations. Build strong relationships with our guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a memorable dining experience. Foster a positive and engaging workplace by helping to develop and support team members, providing growth opportunities and promoting a fun, collaborative environment. Who You Are:

Experienced Leader:

You have 1+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with a proven ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
