Role
The
Assistant General Manager
is an experienced, people-focused leader who reports directly to the General Manager. You'll coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals while maintaining a best-in-class member experience.
You will oversee multiple departments, providing clear direction, operational oversight, and consistent feedback to ensure team members have the tools, support, and encouragement they need to grow their careers with Movati.
People are at the core of everything we do. As AGM, you'll serve as the example of what success looks like, creating, sustaining, and elevating a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and servant leadership. You'll provide strong leadership across customer service, team development, operational management, and sales performance. You will also partner closely with the GM and People & Culture team on recruitment and talent selection for all Club positions.
At Movati, you'll quickly learn that rolling up your sleeves is key to ensuring the Club runs at its best. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, is comfortable juggling competing priorities, and is always ready for a challenge. You will play a key role in the annual business planning process and support the GM with reviewing Club P&L statements, developing action plans, and driving results.
Please note that this position is a contract-level role spanning from December 2025 through January 2027.
Qualifications
