to join our launch team!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Game Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an immersive and enjoyable experience for players by facilitating games, managing player interactions, and ensuring smooth gameplay. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to analyze player needs to enhance their experience.

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests, explain game rules, and set the tone for an unforgettable experience Monitor games, provide hints, and keep the experience immersive and exciting Reset rooms and ensure puzzles/props are ready for the next team Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, engaging attitude Assist with daily operations, bookings, and keeping the space clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality Fluent English (other languages are a bonus) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Able to work late shifts on Fridays/Saturdays (up to 1am) Prior Customer Service or Escape Room Experience is a Plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
