Trapped Canada has over 40 locations nationwide, and Trapped Scarborough is looking for

passionate, energetic, and creative individuals

to join our growing team. If you love puzzles, people, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and explain rules and objectives clearly Monitor games via camera and provide in-game hints while maintaining a high level of professionalism Reset game rooms quickly and accurately between sessions Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms Assist in minor repairs or adjustments to props and equipment Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the game

Create fun and engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Help promote the brand through digital content and in-store energy

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude Fluent in English (bilingual is a bonus!) Able to think quickly, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure

Experience with social media content creation is a strong asset

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or editing apps is a plus Prior customer service or live event experience preferred

Working Hours:

Comfortable working late-night shifts (up to 1am on Fridays & Saturdays) Must be available on weekends

Passion for escape rooms or immersive experiences

Creativity and interest in creating reels, stories, or promotional content

A sense of humor and love for teamwork!
