Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily store operations
Support sales initiatives through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
Manage inventory purchasing, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation to maximize sales potential
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, bookkeeping, and ensure compliance with company policies
Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage customers effectively
Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, sales management, and marketing techniques
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
