Assistant Front End Manager

The Job

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations of the Front-End department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained You'll hire, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity You'll be responsible for daily scheduling needs and coordination You'll manage ordering and inventory of lottery and tobacco You'll communicate to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues

Pay for this job:

Starting Range:

$23.00-$24.75
Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range:

Up to $29.50
