Role overview
Support the Electrical Manager in leading industrial/oilfield electrical projects and service work. Coordinate crews, schedules, materials, and subcontractors; uphold safety, quality, and budget; and ensure smooth execution from planning through closeout.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute multiple industrial/oilfield projects and maintenance programs.
- Coordinate estimating inputs, MTOs, procurement, logistics to remote sites.
- Track costs, change orders, productivity; report to management/clients.
- Drive safety compliance (COR/ISNetworld), JHAs, permits, toolbox talks.
- Oversee QA/QC, testing, commissioning, and turnover packages.
- Mentor apprentices/journeypersons; support workforce planning.
- Interface with clients, engineers, vendors; resolve site issues.
- Assist with site walks, scopes, and proposal inputs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in industrial/oilfield electrical construction or maintenance; 1-3 years leadership preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $44.00-$50.00 per hour
