Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Commerce with a Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) Designation, or equivalent
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive relevant experience, preferably in a large, multi-divisional organization
• Previous experience effectively mentoring, and growing other emerging leaders
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, driven to support other team members\xe2\x80\x99 success.
• Ability to work closely with senior management at all levels within the organization
• A passion to work in a progressive teamed environment, creating new solutions through extensive application of professional skills
• A holistic view to personal initiative, self-motivation, and results-oriented work ethic
• A believer of a consultative approach \xe2\x80\x93 understanding that the key to a successful and comprehensive organization is working with diverse teams from multi-disciplinary backgrounds
