Performance Auto Group is looking for a motivated Assistant Controller to join our exceptional team!

Here\'s what you\'ll deliver:

• Management of accounting staff and functions
• Support Manager\'s inquiries for accounting, schedules, financial statements, gross profit discrepancies, etc
• Implement policies and procedures relating to all departments
• Strong leadership and management encompassing our core values
• Utilize innovative skills maintaining and improving efficiencies
• Provide valuable support to our operations team and dealerships

What do you need to succeed?

• Required to have 8-10 years of Dealership Accounting experience
• University degree or College Diploma in Accounting
• CDK or other Dealership Accounting Software experience is required
• Strong understanding of Dealership accounting processes
• Experience with Google Applications
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Experience banking with TD is an asset
• Experience with multiple vehicle brands is an asset
