Assistant Controller

Job Description
- Perform account reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and assist with trial balance maintenance to ensure accuracy.
- Support month-end close processes, including hands-on review of financial data to meet deadlines.
- Assist with financial statement preparation and ensure transaction accuracy within the ERP system.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data, providing accurate input for FP& A reporting.
- Collaborate with the broader finance team to address day-to-day financial operations and support ongoing process improvements.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of Senior Accountant or Senior Financial Analyst experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Other: Must be available for a hybrid work model with attendance on-site 3-5 days per week.
