Responsabilites principales:
Comptabiliser les dossiers de ventes (vehicules neufs, occasions, wholesale, echanges)
Gerer les comptes payables et recevables;
Faire le suivi des cedules comptables;
Effectuer les remises mensuelles;
Realiser les conciliations bancaires et de financement;
Aider a la preparation des etats financiers mensuels;
Effectuer des analyses des marges et des depenses;
Participer a l'amelioration des processus comptables;
Assister le controleur dans diverses taches comptables.
Qualifications et competences requises
:
Diplome en finance ou en comptabilite.
Minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire en comptabilite ou gestion financiere.
Bonne maitrise de la suite Office, en particulier Excel.
Connaissance du logiciel Serti (un atout).
Excellentes competences en communication et aptitude au travail d'equipe.
Experience dans l'industrie automobile.
Sens de l'organisation et esprit d'analyse developpes.
Capacite a evoluer dans un environnement rapide avec des echeanciers serres.
Aptitude a travailler de facon autonome.
Leadership et habiletes en resolution de problemes.

Main responsibilities:
Record sales files (new vehicles, used, wholesale, trade-ins)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Follow up on accounting schedules
Prepare monthly remittances
Perform bank and financing reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
Conduct margin and expense analyses
Participate in improving accounting processes
Assist the controller with various accounting tasks
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or financial management role
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Knowledge of Serti software (an asset)
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Experience in the automotive industry
Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Ability to work independently
