What's Included:

6 weeks of full-time online training

with live instruction and support

In-person First Aid/CPR certification

2-week placement

with a local employer in the childcare sector

Completion certificate & transcript

Access to a $500 scholarship

(4 awarded) for top performers pursuing Early Childhood Education programs

Child development, brain growth, and speech/language basics Trauma-informed care and strategies for preventing compassion fatigue Effective communication with families and colleagues Outdoor learning, health, safety, and ethics Career pathways and job search strategies
