We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Manager to oversee the daily operations of our campus. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management, sales, and team development. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Duties

Lead and supervise campus staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Manage all aspects of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and store management. Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and training processes to build a skilled and motivated team. Handle payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping to ensure financial accuracy and accountability. Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling. Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market while maximizing profitability. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting safety standards within the campus.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or store management with a focus on sales management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in negotiation, time management, organizational skills, and administrative tasks. Familiarity with payroll systems, budgeting practices, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping principles. Experience in merchandising, purchasing, pricing strategies, and customer service excellence. Ability to train staff effectively while promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Strong math skills for accurate financial reporting and inventory management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
