With the expansion of our product range, and the needs of our business growth, Delta Billiards is now hiring a full time assistant to assist us in our Burnaby store. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
Your Task will include:
Processing and printing labels for online orders, wholesale orders...etc.
Manage sales/stock/inventory system.
Assist in document management, organize digital and physical files.
Aid in data entry and record keeping: Maintain accurate records in databases or software.
Manage social media accounts and websites.
Arrange booking with trucking companies.
Assisting customers who enter the shop, help find the products they are looking for.
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Answering emails and phone calls.
Ensuring current stock level in correct count, reporting discrepancies and problems.
Stocking shelves with merchandise.
Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hoovering and mopping.
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Provides quality service by following organization standards.
Other duties as assigned.
