We are looking for a
fully committed Assistant who is willing to learn the ropes
and help us run the day-to-day operations. This role requires ownership, reliability, and flexibility. We are not looking for someone who wants a side job or a temporary role -- we are looking for someone who wants to be fully onboard and grow with the company.
Core Responsibilities
Training will be provided. This role includes assisting with all aspects of our brands, including:
Customer Support
Handling customer emails and messages professionally
Resolving order, shipping, and product-related questions
Coordinating internally to resolve issues quickly
Operations & Inventory
Monitoring inventory levels and placing reorders
Coordinating with suppliers and fulfillment partners
Tracking orders, shipments, and delivery issues
Supporting international operations as needed
Brand & Social Media
Posting and managing Instagram stories and basic social content
Managing social media accounts across multiple brands
Maintaining consistent brand voice and presentation
Organizing content and promotion schedules
Email Marketing
Sending scheduled email campaigns and updates
Managing email lists and basic follow-ups
Ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on time
Organization & Oversight
Organizing schedules, launches, and internal tasks
Keeping systems and records up to date
Assisting with general operations across all brands
Doing whatever is required to keep operations running smoothly
Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)
Applicants must meet all of the following:
Own a reliable vehicle
Hold a valid Canadian passport
Pass a criminal record check
Be willing and able to travel within Canada, the United States, or internationally with the team when required.
Be available full-time and fully committed to the role
