PURPOSE OF EMPLOYMENT

The incumbent will assist the brand and operations department with administrative tasks and communication with international franchise partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Preparation and animation of virtual training for international franchisees;
  • Participate in the development and updating of training guides and online training;
  • Communicate brand standards and best practices to maximize sales;
  • Follow up on KPIs and sales results with franchisees;
  • Assist the department with projects and follow-ups with international franchise partners;
  • Participate in the implementation of brand guidelines: reports, KPIs and product knowledge;
  • Prepare weekly watch reports for international markets;
  • Collaboration with the corporate sales and operations team to stay abreast of best practices in store;
  • Draft and communicate emails sending memos and other related information from the department to international franchise partners;
  • Assist the department with updates of marketing reference documents, visual presentation, e-commerce and operation;
  • Participate in special projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
  • College diploma or equivalent;
  • 1-3 years of experience in the retail industry;
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English;
  • Excellent understanding of the retail and fashion industry;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
