Assistant Branch Manager

Mount Pearl





With a focus on business development, member service and retention, human resources management and risk management, the Assistant Branch Manager works in conjunction with the Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.


The Assistant Branch Manager provides prompt, professional service while addressing member enquiries, building member relations and providing information on products and services including lending and deposits. Success in this position comes with the ability to lead, motivate, develop and challenge the team in all areas of branch operations.


The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience working with a retail financial institution, previous supervisory experience and is an enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident individual. Through experience, you have demonstrated sound decision-making skills, leadership skills, and the ability to proactively identify members' financial needs through superior listening and communication. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce or a related field is preferred.
