Located in Ajax, Ontario, Deer Creek Golf Club offers 45 holes of pristine golf and hosts full-service golf tournaments, corporate meetings and galas and other special events that demand the best in service, quality, and value. Furthermore, Deer Creek Golf & Banquet Facility is the only facility in all of Ontario to host full-service golf tournaments for up to 400 players.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to work a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon, evenings) including

weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and develop the hospitality, Jerry\xe2\x80\x99s and Glen Cedars staff, complete

performance reviews and providing disciplinary action when necessary.

To review on a weekly basis the staff schedule, set-up list, event checklists and linen

order.

Complete quarterly inventory while keeping an eye of weekly event needs should any

inventory issue occur. Also, complete monthly beverage inventory counts.

Manager on duty every other weekend (when we are fully staffed).

Manager on duty responsibilities include: oversee daily events, proactively solve service

issues, ensure positive guest service, review event set-up, ensure a clean and wellmaintained

building/grounds and be the back up for all supervisors.

Assist with creating an engaging and energetic environment where all associates work as

a high functioning team

Assist in Managing the Hospitality department. Which includes, Events, Jerry\xe2\x80\x99s and Glen

Cedars.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
