Job Summary

As an Archiving Assistant for our Archives team at the Laval site, you will mainly dispose and prepare archive material to be returned to the business\'s clients.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

• Preparation of shipments or disposal of material.
• Preparation of client\'s records while ensuring the accuracy of information.
• Receives the material to be stored as per required.

Key Elements

If you have the following qualifications, we will train you for the rest:

• No experience needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable

Role Specific Information:

• Location: Laval / Free parking / Near the subway Montmorency
• Salary: 18.25$/h
• Schedule: Daytime position, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 4:15 pm
• Permanent, full-time position as of the hiring

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market. Each year approximately 300 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
