Duties

Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and operational improvements Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for merchandising, pricing, and inventory management Collaborate with team members on recruiting efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new staff Support payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee hours and compensation Engage in budgeting activities to monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation Provide training and development for team members to enhance their skills and performance Manage customer service initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in transactions and reporting Participate in store management activities, including supervising staff and maintaining operational standards

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele Experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management within a retail environment Proficient in payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and administrative tasks Solid understanding of merchandising principles, retail sales strategies, and POS systems Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate data analysis Strong communication skills both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in math for budgeting and pricing analysis

Pay: $64,368.84-$98,927.82 per year
