Supports Facilities Project Director and Facilities Management Director in the execution, management and oversight of the design and construction of minor construction, renovation and furniture projects ensuring that Kelsey\'s facilities are designed in accordance with Kelsey\'s standards and local ordinances and codes and delivered on-time and on-budget.
Acts as a point of triage for minor projects that are submitted through a website and routes projects through Facilities Managers or manages minor projects by developing full scope documentation; establishing a budget & timeline; obtaining approvals on scope, budget & timeline; obtaining proposals and quotes as appropriate, prepares paperwork for PCRA/ILSM reviews; overseeing the execution of the projects; manages activation of the project and project close out. Projects will be delivered utilizing internal department resources or outsourced resources for project management, design services, general contracting, procurement (vendors), and subcontracted trades.
Maintain documentation on all minor project requests as well as supporting budget documentation.
Facilitates communication and coordination between the various internal departments and acts as the liaison between internal departments, Facilities Managers, architects and contractors to ensure that Kelsey\'s objectives are identified and fulfilled. Coordinates between Kelsey\'s project stakeholders, internal departments, Facilities Managers, architects, contractors, subcontractors and vendors for installations and deliveries required for implementation of small construction projects, minor renovations and furniture changes.

Education
Required: High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
Preferred: Associates or bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Design, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Required: 2-5 Years in Architectural Design, Mechanical Engineering and or Commercial Construction
Preferred: Project management within the healthcare industry with multiple concurrent projects. Excellent communication skills. Able to foster a sense of team spirit within different departments. Ability to deliver concise, to-the-point information in a timely fashion.
