Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of restaurant management.
Duties
- Manage and lead the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Enforce proper food safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create innovative menu items
- Train and mentor staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices
- Must have experience with Libro, Opentable Maitre D
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation
- Proficiency in cash handling and financial management
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and vendors
