We are seeking an Asset Recovery Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting to the Asset Recovery and Remarketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with vendors while identifying the best interests of the company. You will be reviewing and making decisions on active accounts within company guidelines in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will also be working closely with other team members while independently making decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day review of active accounts
• Communicate with vendors in a productive and professional manner
• Manage vendor expectation with company interests in mind
• Review and decision vendor requests with regards to effective cost control
• Follow directions and procedures based on the provided workflow

We are looking for a candidate with...

• Good understanding of provincial guidelines
• General knowledge of Canadian geography
• Strong interpersonal skills for vendor communication
• Experience in reading and reviewing a Credit Bureau report
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Excel
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Social media savvy

Working Environment

• Fulltime, permanent employment (40 hrs/week)
• Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
• Working onsite in our office in Pickering, ON
