You are:

A mining operations practitioner with expertise in Mining Asset Management or Mining Production Management that can help clients do more. You\xe2\x80\x99re a wizard with cost optimization solutions and when it comes to sharing ideas with the C-suite. And you\xe2\x80\x99re a team player with an eye to the future, a finger on the pulse of industry best practices, and the know-how to help clients transform their mining operations to achieve maximum revenue at the lowest operating cost while creating engagement and a meaningful experience for workers.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in operations management consulting or as part of a consulting practice focused on process/mining engineering, heavy equipment/industrial asset management, gap analysis, testing and operational process improvement

Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Mining industry

Certification in your field of discipline (Red Seal trade) with management competency (BS Management, MMP certification, or other) for asset management

BS in Mining, Chemicals, or Process engineering or equivalent experience MBA preferred for Production Management

Technical degree including but not limited to, Computer science, Software engineering, Civil engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering and Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Professional experience in the functional experience in one or more capability areas of asset management

Professional experience working with Aveva Engineering & Hexagon Smartplant systems

Bilingual in English and French

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement

Preferred Skills:

Experience delivering transformational services to the Mining sector

Knowledge and experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Maximo) for Asset Management

Knowledge and experience with production control systems and mine planning software (Aveva PRiSM, PI, MineSite, Comet, or others)

Experience in best practices, root cause analysis, criticality analysis and lifecycle management

Proven ability to deliver management consulting projects with a focus on strategies for best practices delivering cost optimization improvements

Ability to support business development efforts with specific emphasis on value proposition development and solution architecture

Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Program management and service delivery expertise to include resource planning, staffing, and status reporting

Customer relationship management and deep skills in expectation management
