A ce poste de gestionnaire (AMP), vous travaillerez dans une installation client de Rockwell Automation pour aider a augmenter la productivite, a reduire les couts et a ameliorer la fiabilite en executant des methodologies eprouvees et en tirant parti du large portefeuille de services et de capacites de Rockwell Automation. Vous assurerez la gestion du programme de reparation des composants et en tirerez parti pour repondre aux besoins d'urgence, rechercher les pieces essentielles manquantes et contribuer aux activites de fiabilite et de resolution de problemes. Vous effectuerez egalement des activites d'identification et d'execution de reparation. Vous aurez une position d'interface avec les ventes, la gestion des services, les groupes de produits et les distributeurs agrees, ainsi qu'avec l'ingenierie client, l'entretien, les achats, la fiabilite, les operations de magasin et l'ensemble des employes. Vous serez rattache au chef de service et a la livraison des contrats et vous travaillerez sur place a Temiscaming, Quebec, Canada.
Vos responsabilites :

  • Assurer la gestion des reparations electriques et mecaniques au sein des operations des clients
  • Fournir des recommandations d'attenuation du cycle de vie des composants
  • Developper et gerer les procedures operationnelles standard associees aux processus du programme sur le site du client
  • Identifier, recommander et mettre en oeuvre des ameliorations de processus concernant les processus d'entretien/de reparation/d'exploitation en mettant l'accent sur la fiabilite de l'usine et les economies de productivite
  • Developper des relations avec les principales parties prenantes du client pour identifier lesindicateurs de performance cles du client
  • Creer des rapports de mesures de programme a l'aide du logiciel Rockwell Automation et d'autres outils qui repondent aux exigences des clients
  • Formuler des recommandations selon les niveaux de stock, les tendances en matiere de pannes, les tendances en matiere d'historique de reparation, les considerations de tarification et la gestion de l'obsolescence
  • Identifier et completer l'analyse des causes profondes des defaillances
  • Appliquer des modeles de fiabilite pour ameliorer la disponibilite et l'efficacite des equipements d'exploitation des clients
  • Communiquer entre le compte client et la direction, les ventes et les distributeurs RA et la gestion des produits RA pour garantir que les informations requises sont fournies en temps opportun et avec precision
  • Realiser des activites d'amelioration continue
  • Documenter les economies realisees en evitant les couts materiels et immateriels, par mois et par an L'essentiel.

  • Baccalaureat ou equivalent : annees d'experience pertinentes.

  • Un diplome d'etudes collegiales ou universitaires en chaine d'approvisionnement/en operations ou gestion ou en gestion d'entreprise
  • La capacite de vous adapter aux conditions d'exploitation du client
  • La capacite de soulever au moins 15 kg (35 lb)
  • Des competences informatiques de niveau intermediaire, notamment avec Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint
  • Des connaissances de base des operations d'entrepot, de la logistique, des achats, de l'entretien ou de la gestion des commandes
  • Recueillir et analyser des donnees pour identifier les problemes et reconnaitre les tendances
  • Connaissance du travail dans un environnement logiciel de systeme ERP
  • Vous devez etre mobile dans un environnement industriel et d'usine et respecter les exigences de securite de l'usine du client.

In the AMP position, you will be embedded at a Rockwell Automation customer facility to help increase productivity, reduce costs and improve reliability by executing proven methodologies and leveraging Rockwell Automation's broad portfolio of services and capabilities. You will manage the component repair program and leverage it to fulfill emergency expedite services, search for missing cores, and assist in reliability and problem-solving activities. You will also perform repair / refurbishment identification and execution activities. You will interface with sales, services management, product groups and authorized distributors, as well as with customer engineering, maintenance, purchasing, reliability and storeroom operations and the general employee population. You will report to the Manager, Contracts Delivery and this position will be remotely conducted onsite at a customer in Temiscaming, Quebec, Canada
Your Responsibilities:
  • Repair management for repairs, electrical, mechanical within the customers operation
  • Provide component lifecycle mitigation recommendations
  • Develop and manage SOPs associated with the program processes at the customer location
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements regarding the MRO/repair process with focus on plant reliability and productivity savings
  • Develop relationships with the key customer stakeholders to identify the customer's key performance indicators
  • Create program metric reports using Rockwell Automation software and other tools that meet customer requirements
  • Make recommendations based on inventory levels, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations and obsolescence management
  • Identify and complete root cause failure analysis
  • Apply reliability models to improve customers up time and operating equipment effectiveness
  • Communicate between the customer account and management, RA sales and distributors and RA Product Management to ensure that required information is provided timely and accurately
  • Perform Continuous Improvement Activities
  • Document hard and soft cost avoidance savings on a monthly and annual basis
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relavent years of experience

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • College/University Degree in Supply Chain/Operations or Management/Business Management
  • Ability to work to match customer operating conditions
  • Ability to lift at least 35 pounds
  • Has intermediate computer proficiency in, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of storeroom operations, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, or order management
  • Collect and analyze data to identify issues and recognize trends
  • Familiarity working within an ERP system software environment
  • Requires mobility in an industrial, plant floor environment and is subject to the customer's plant safety requirements.
