Under the direction of the Assembly Manager, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling products, components, or parts to create finished goods. As a part of our Assembly team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the assembly of products, ensuring daily production and efficiency goals are met and that all items meet our quality standards and specifications for our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Interpret and follow work instructions, schematics, and other technical documents. Understand and adhere to quality control procedures. Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Assemble parts or components by using hand and power tools, such as power drills, screwdrivers, silicone guns, and more. Inspect, test, and package assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and perform according to their work instructions. Address defects or issues throughout the assembly process and promptly escalate as necessary. Work efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines and report any delays, bottlenecks, or issues that may affect the production schedule. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries and report any safety concerns or incidents immediately. Keep assembly tools and equipment in good working condition and perform routine inspections on tools and machinery to ensure adherence to safety guidelines. Suggest and participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality practices.

Skills, Education, and/or Experience

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles preferred. Knowledge of various tools and equipment with manual dexterity for precise operation preferred. High attention to detail required. Previous experience with quality and process improvement preferred. Technical skills required for computers and tablets. Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Health and Safety compliance.

Job Conditions



Physical Demands:



Moderate physical effort - able to lift between 10 and 50lbs at times. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Sitting, lifting, squatting, pushing, or reaching for intermittent or extended periods.

Factory, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Office May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment May use chemicals or other in accordance with SDS May operate machinery in close proximity or with objects exposed to eyes or face
