, you'll play a key role in creating those stories -- one panel, ceiling, and custom feature at a time.

About the Role



This is a hands-on, precision-focused role for someone who loves craftsmanship, understands mechanical drawings, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty while pursuing perfection. Whether working with metal, wood, or glass, you'll help bring our customers' architectural visions to life by assembling custom elevator interiors that reflect style, safety, and quality.

What You'll Be Doing



Assemble elevator cabs and custom interior components according to technical drawings and job specifications Handle materials like metal, wood, and glass with care and accuracy Apply fine finishes and ensure each product meets visual and structural quality standards Use hand and power tools confidently and safely Work independently while staying in sync with cross-functional teams Maintain accurate records and uphold safety protocols and 5S standards Meet production timelines while minimizing material waste Lift and maneuver medium-to-heavy materials (up to 50 lbs, assisted as needed)

Who You Are



You're someone who believes quality isn't optional -- it's the standard. You care about getting things just right, and your craftsmanship shows in every detail. You bring:

A high school diploma (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or custom shop work Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with power tools Experience with carpentry, sheet metal, or fabrication (an asset) The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings High attention to detail and pride in finishing work to spec A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of accountability

This position works out of our Mississauga, Ontario location. Hours are typically 7:00am to 4:30pm with flexibility.
