Key Responsibilities

Participate in the daily operation of ASRS warehouses. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with automated equipment, IT devices, and WCS software. Manage the operation and maintenance of automation systems, including failure statistics, spare parts inventory, preventive maintenance planning, and failure reporting/repair. Ensure automation systems provide maximum support for daily operations. Collaborate and communicate with internal cross-functional teams and manage external suppliers. Perform other operational and maintenance tasks related to ASRS warehouse hardware and software.

Qualifications

More than 1 year of experience in equipment installation and commissioning. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields. More than 1 year of experience in key roles within large, complex industrial projects (e.g., industrial robots, stackers, conveyors). Familiarity with various standard automation components, including PLCs, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. Understanding of integrated automation projects, including IT architecture, software modules, and business processes. Experience in the logistics industry is preferred. Bilingual (Chinese) capability will be an advantage. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in office software and Windows operating systems. Familiar with AutoCAD and other drawing and programming software. Good command of spoken and written English.
