Asphalt Raker

.

Founded in 1975, ASL is a well-established multi-sector civil construction company performing Earthworks, Residential Development, Site Development, Landscaping, Forming, Geothermal, City Work, & Conservation projects. We are committed to providing an environment that supports professional growth, advancement, and development.

These positions are field based from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with competitive wages based on experience. Hours are typically 50 per week.

Successful candidates will ideally have construction experience.

:

Assist in prepping the site and setting up safety signs/barriers Spread and level pathing materials using rakes and shovels Ensure a smooth, even surface without bumps or buildup Keep the site clean and free of debris throughout the job
Requirements:

Asphalt or construction experience preferred Knowledge of paving tools and materials Able to work outdoors and handle physical labour Understand basic construction plans Detail-orientated and a team player Committed to safety protocols
