Economy Paving is looking for an Asphalt Paving Roller Operator
Qualifications
• Valid Class 5 Licence
• Proficient in heavy equipment operation, specifically asphalt paving rollers
• Strong understanding of construction practices and paving techniques
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety protocols
Responsibilities
• Operate asphalt paving rollers to ensure smooth and even pavement surfaces.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, performing routine inspections and minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate paving operations and ensure project timelines are met.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Drive heavy equipment to and from job sites, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations.
Must have reliable transportation and class 5 drivers license to get to and from our yard.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
Additional pay:
• Overtime pay
Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
