We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our paving crew in the following role:

Rolling Operators

Paver Operators

Skidsteer Operators

What You'll Do

Work as part of a cohesive paving crew to deliver high-quality results Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Follow company safety and production requirements Perform additional tasks as directed by the foreman or lead hand

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2

years of paving experience

(civil construction, earthworks, or concrete experience are assets) Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team Familiarity with active construction sites and safety protocols Strong communication skills and good judgment Physically fit, able to lift heavy loads repeatedly and work long shifts outdoors Valid driver's license (safety certifications are an asset)

Working Conditions

Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat and cold) Must be willing to work up to 12+ hour shifts in summer & winter months Fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be able to work with limited supervision Must be team player and must be willing to participate in company safety and production requirements Familiarity with active construction sites Effective communication skills; must be able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, report progress or issues to foreman/lead hand Have good judgment and ability to make decisions Responsible and dependable Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly through an entire work shift Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team Valid Drivers License

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
