Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking AZ dump truck driver(s) to join our team for the asphalt paving season. AZ driver will be responsible for transporting equipment and materials to and from site.
This roles primary responsibility is trucking/floating equipment and materials however also involves performing various tasks related to asphalt paving projects, including heavy equipment operation, asphalt raking, etc.
Responsibilities
Load, rig, and deliver equipment to and from sites Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in paving/excavation activities while on site between delivered loads Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Requirements
Previous experience in asphalt, concrete, or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in heavy equipment operation is a significant advantage. Positive 'can-do' attitude Ability and willingness to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
