Asp .net Developer / It Support Helpdesk

Job Description
This position is for an organized and motivated individual with an interest in technology. It Support responsibilities include managing all incoming issues and requests, as well as providing solutions and developing web apps and desktop apps that would help the client. ,You will also troubleshoot and fix technical problems. You should be detail-oriented with good communication skills to collaborate with our team. Responsibilities:
- Solve customer problems and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor, upgrade and maintain current software applications.
- Resolve hardware and network issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve security issues.
- Install new software applications and hardware when necessary.
- Develop solutions (Web & Desktop systems & Mobile) to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 service requests through various channels (email, phone etc.).
- Research, recommend and implement new solutions or tools to enhance the customer experience.

Part-time hours: 40 per week Salary: From $20.00 per hour Schedule:
- Day shift
- On call
- Overtime
