The job involves:

• Overseeing the Asian Restaurant operation including Golden Lotus, Noodle Bar, and Sushi Bar
• Acting as a liaison between the associates and the Asian Restaurants manager; coordinating kitchen and dining room activities to ensure optimum quality and service levels
• Supervising staff with regard to training, work assignments, scheduling, and administrative functions
• Ensuring guests are provided with the highest level of service; making decisions pertaining to the betterment of the guest\xe2\x80\x99s experience
• Advising workers on the potential and actual hazards of the job; providing instructions as to the measures and procedures required to work safely
• Ensuring compliance with the Liquor License Act
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• 3 years experience in a high volume food and beverage outlet

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated leadership, management and team building skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Smart Serve and Food Safe Handling certification
