Role: AS400 Developer - french

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in Knowledge Acquisition. Prepare required deliverables.
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Preparation of Test cases/Plan. Perform Unit/Functional testing, defect analysis, test support etc.
• Provide Production Support as required. Resolving technical issues and provide technical suggestion/solution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Production Support issues.
• Perform peer review. Adhere to best practices and standards.
• Resolving technical issues and provide technical suggestion/solution.

Must-Have

• Good understanding and hands on experience in RPG, CL, ILE, free format, SQLRPGLE, DB2/400, SDA, RLU, SEU, DBU, DFU, etc.
• Good Experience in DB2/400 and SQL400.
• Sound technical knowledge in AS400 (iSeries) RPG.
• Must be able to provide the estimation for all development projects.
• Experience in understanding the High-level design, development, preparation of unit test plan and test cases, unit testing, defect analysis, test support etc.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Adherence to outlined development processes and best practices.
• Follow training plans, requirements and schedules as outlined.
• Must have experience in Production Support.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Should be able to drive calls with Customer, Business End Users, Technical Architect, Offshore Team, and other key project stakeholders involved.

Good-to-Have

• Proficient in communicating (both Oral and Written) in French Language.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain - Distribution business domain.
• Knowledge on API, REST services.
