1. Design and deliver lessons at an appropriate level for students attending the class
2. Demonstrate experience in specified curriculum development
3. Create curriculum and prepare teaching materials for courses
4. Create lesson plans in advance of the teaching day based on the curriculum
5. Supervising all the in class activities include independent or group projects, hands-on Training
6. Communicate feedback to participants in an appropriate and sensitive manner also accommodating special learning needs as required
7. Keep teaching records/logs and submit reports as required
8. Create tests, submit results and progress reports to both students and parents
9. Provide resources for students
10. Keep the classroom neat and organized
11. Take daily student attendance, maintain student documentation and perform data entry
12. Report students' progress to the manager regularly
13. Attend professional development seminars on a regular basis
14. Perform other duties as assigned
15. May give reference to school, business and other organization about the individual's study performance
