D\xc3\xa8s le d\xc3\xa9but de votre aventure avec nous, vous serez appel\xc3\xa9(e) \xc3\xa0 :

• Assurer la conception et la production des VFX temps r\xc3\xa9el, syst\xc3\xa8mes de particules et des shaders anim\xc3\xa9s respectant la direction \xc3\xa9tablie.
• Int\xc3\xa9grer les VFX et assurer leur optimisation sous la direction du chef d\'\xc3\xa9quipe.
• Maintenir un style artistique coh\xc3\xa9rent sous la direction du chef d\'\xc3\xa9quipe et du directeur artistique.
• \xc3\x8atre d\xc3\xa9sireux d\'apprendre (et d\'enseigner) de nouveaux outils et techniques (L\'impl\xc3\xa9mentation des VFX temps r\xc3\xa9els s\'effectue au sein d\'un outil interne)
• Collaborer avec les designers, l\'\xc3\xa9quipe animation, les programmeurs gameplay et l\'\xc3\xa9quipe artistique ainsi que le d\xc3\xa9partement outils et moteur.

We are currently looking for a VFX artist to join our Art team and take part in the production and launch of our future AAA cross-platforms title.

From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:

• Creating real-time VFX, particle systems and animated shaders respecting the established visual direction.
• Implementing and optimizing VFX assets under the direction of the Lead Artist.
• Maintaining a consistent art style under the direction of the Lead Artist and the Art Director.
• Being willing to learn (and teach) new tools and techniques (The implementation of real time VFX is done within an internal tool).
• Collaborating with designers, animators, gameplay programmers and the art team overall, while working closely with the tools and engine department.
• Learning and helping with the creation of the in-house tools

Qualifications

Exp\xc3\xa9rience et comp\xc3\xa9tences recherch\xc3\xa9es :

• Au minimum, un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tude coll\xc3\xa9gial en art graphique ou \xc3\xa9quivalent;
• Bonne connaissance en cr\xc3\xa9ation d\'effets sp\xc3\xa9ciaux dans un moteur de jeu (Unity or Unreal);
• De solides comp\xc3\xa9tences techniques pour aider \xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation de nouveaux processus de production d\'effets visuels;
• Bon sens organisationnel et attentif aux processus de production;
• \xc3\x8atre \xc3\xa0 l\'aise avec des outils de scripting, et leur cr\xc3\xa9ation, pour d\xc3\xa9clencher des effets lors d\'\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa8nements en jeu;
• Capable de fournir une large vari\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 d\'effets visuels temps r\xc3\xa9el adapt\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 un univers stylis\xc3\xa9 (outils, armes, skills, environnemental, atmosph\xc3\xa9rique, cr\xc3\xa9atures, v\xc3\xa9hicules, Interfaces, motion graphics);
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 prendre les remarques positivement et r\xc3\xa9pondre constructivement aux critiques;
• La ma\xc3\xaetrise de Photoshop et d\'After Effects est souhaitable. La connaissance d\'Houdini et de Substance Designer(ou \xc3\xa9quivalent) pour la g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ration de texture
• Bonne capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes;
• Motiv\xc3\xa9 avec une bonne \xc3\xa9thique de travail, et pr\xc3\xaat \xc3\xa0 relever de nouveaux d\xc3\xa9fis;

Experience and qualifications:

• At minimum, a college diploma in graphic arts or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of real-time VFX creation in a game engine (Unity or Unreal).
• Solid technical abilities to aid in creating new VFX art pipelines.
• Being meticulous and organized in approaching tasks, adhering to pipeline workflows.
• Comfortable using and creating scripting tools to trigger effects tied to game events.
• Able to conceptualize and animate very stylized, natural, and fantastical effects (tools, weapons, skills, environmental, atmospherical, creatures, vehicles, UI, and motion graphics).
• Ability to receive feedback and respond to criticism positively.
• Experience in Photoshop or After Effects is preferred. Knowledge in Houdini and Substance Designer (or similar)
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, and ready to take on new challenges.
