Responsibilities:
Production of a variety of breads, from sourdough to whole grain including mixing, rack oven and deck oven operation
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following recipes
Ensuring product quality and presentation meets our high standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years Proven bread baking experience including oven work in a commercial setting
Knowledge of various bread-making techniques and ingredients
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality baked goods
