VIBRANT Marketing is a leading commercial marketing firm. We bring success to our clients by providing creative ideas, savvy marketing, and sales solutions capabilities. For leading brands, start-ups, or challengers we help accelerate and/or energize their commercial effort.

In order to support our growth, we are currently looking for an Art Director.

Responsibilities:
Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the creative team.
Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.
Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field.
Minimum 6-10 years experience leading creative teams in an agency environment.
Expertise in experiential and digital marketing.
Expert in crafting 360\xc2\xb0 immersive experiences.
Hands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.
Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
Natural storyteller.
Ability to package creative concepts into presentations in a compelling manner
Strong written and oral presentation skills
Ability to communicate creative vision to creative directors and graphic design team
Ability to lead projects from concept to production (from render to real)
Maintain a global vision and business operating standards
Ability to forge trusted relationships with clients and partners
