Our 160,000 sq. ft. campus includes the Jonathan Toews Sportsplex - featuring two indoor ice surfaces!

The Opportunity
We're looking for reliable, hands-on, and customer service-focused individuals to join our Operations Team.
In this role, you'll help maintain safe, high-quality ice and facilities that support an exceptional experience for every visitor.
What you'll do
Prepare, resurface, and maintain indoor and outdoor ice surfaces Monitor refrigeration and HVAC systems Conduct routine facility inspections and perform general maintenance tasks Identify maintenance issues and maintain accurate shift logs Supervise and support rink attendants during assigned shifts Provide friendly, helpful service to all facility users and guests
What you bring
Valid class 5 driver's license Manitoba 4th Class Power Engineer (Refrigeration) or equivalent Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and teamwork skills Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent customer service. Previous experience in arena ice maintenance or facility operations (asset)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.75 per hour
