We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plunger Lift Area Supervisor for the Well Master Canada Shop in Drayton Valley Alberta. Our Area Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring the areas deliver high-quality results while maintaining a positive and productive environment. As an area supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the area meets and exceeds our company standards for performance and productivity. Your key responsibilities include:
Ticketing
Timesheet Review & Approval
Field Work Planning & Scheduling
Calendar Review
Admin Duties
Knowledge of Products & Procedures
Field Tech Support
Maintain Shop & Inventory
Customer Support & Compliance
Supervise Plunger Lift Installs & Optimization Projects
Participation in Conferences & Trade Shows
Meeting participation
