• Sales Excellence: Meet and surpass area sales objectives by employing a strategic sales methodology and delivering superior service levels to LendCare\'s retail partners.
• Client Engagement: Actively connect with both current and past clients to integrate them into LendCare\'s beneficial partnership programs, ensuring a robust and loyal client base.
• Dealer Partner Relations: Conduct daily outbound calls to dealer partners, offering crucial assistance with loan documentation, credit stipulations, and document facilitation to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Market Expansion: Aggressively pursue growth within your designated market sector of dealer partners by expertly managing loan application pipelines and ensuring our products are the preferred choice in dealerships.

Requirements:

• A background in retail customer service/sales, telemarketing, or payday lending is highly advantageous.
• A self-starter who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbal, are essential.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• A professional demeanor with a friendly and efficient telephone presence.
• Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON
