The Role
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
You will own your territory end-to-end with:
Heavy exposure to
dermatology and plastic surgery physicians
A capital equipment focus supported by consumables and skin science
Less grind-for-the-sake-of-grind travel than traditional territory roles
Strategic, high-value selling rather than constant cold prospecting
This is
not a ceiling role
. High performers are intentionally developed toward
District Sales Manager (DSM)
responsibilities within approximately
12-18 months
, based on results and leadership behaviors.
Support & Infrastructure
You are not on an island.
Each ASM is supported by:
A
Business Development Manager
actively generating and advancing opportunities
A
Skin Science partner
supporting outcomes, recovery, and long-term practice growth
This structure allows you to focus on what matters most: physician relationships, deal strategy, and territory growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary
$80,000+
Uncapped commission
No ramp period
Car allowance
3 weeks' vacation
Full benefits
Projected 2026 OTE just under $500,000
Accelerators in development to further reward overperformance
