Area Sales Manager - Territory: Southwestern Ontario
Ideal candidate will reside in the geographic area between Hamilton to Kitchener
We're looking for a
territory hunter
who loves building markets, winning new business, and owning results. As an Area Sales Manager, you'll drive demand for AZEK and TimberTech by engaging builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, dealers, and distributors across your region.
What You'll Do
Grow the territory with a strong dealer/distributor strategy
Target and convert new builders, contractors, and architects
Maintain a high-volume field call schedule
Train end users and dealer/distributor sales reps
Run joint field calls + dealer yard events
Manage opportunities and CRM activity
Support merchandising, displays, and trade shows
Provide fast, accurate product support and market feedback
What You Bring
3-7 years field sales success (building materials a plus)
Bachelor's degree preferred
True hunter mentality--proactive, persistent, competitive
Strong presentation, training, and relationship skills
Microsoft Office + CRM proficiency
Valid driver's license & passport; frequent travel required

First 90 Days:
+ Engage with top 20 dealers and contractors.
+ Complete product training for all product lines.
+ Receive training on AIA presentation and consultative selling.

Six Months:
+ Align objectives with corporate MBO's
+ Create a business plan to align market objectives with the top line revenue goal
+ Execute market plan to grow segments: Commercial, R&R, New Construction
One Year:
+ Exceed sales incentive plan goals for revenue and product line growth.
+ Maintain a robust pipeline of conversion opportunities with forecasts exceeding
150%
of pre-set revenue guidelines.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 (CAD) - $115,000 (CAD). In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
